Our original location was constructed on Main Street in Fallsington in 1928-1929 and occupied in 1929 . In the mid 1950’s, there was a recognition of the need for more operational and administrative space. A piece of property was secured on Yardley Avenue. The new location was constructed in 1958-1959 and became operational in June 1959, when we moved from Main Street.
Although the station has been renovated over time, it no longer adequately serves the needs of the Falls Township Fire Company and the community we protect. The building is not cost effective to maintain and does not meet the needs of a contemporary 21st Century Fire Station.
This space is cramped, there has been extensive water damage, and the cost of maintenance is incredibly expensive. There are very inadequate operational and administrative spaces. As our demand for service has increased, we have outgrown this space. As we approach our 100th Year of Service in 2028, it is time for a station that meets the needs of a very robust and busy Fire Company!

These photos highlight the Meeting, Training and Administrative area. This is the result of water damage. This is cramped and contaminated space.

Below highlights the lack of storage that is desperately needed.

This is the tight Engine room, where firefighters are sitting just feet away from gear and engines, so decontaminating is difficult. The space is very tight!
